All of our prints are hand made to your pet, based on your uploaded image. Each Pet Portrait is hand drawn by a fully qualified Graphic Designer so you know your work is in safe hands. Please note that all colours may slightly differ on screen to print. All orders are professionally printed and are posters only. Frames are not included. Portraits are printed in either A4 or A3, and as such will fit in standard frames. You will be sent an email once your artwork is complete for you to approve before the piece gets sent to print. Please note amends can only be made for 24 hours after the email has been sent. In this time, one round of minor amends can be made to colouring and minor details. Any more than this will be charged accordingly.
shipping info
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. This means that once your order has been dispatched, it should be with you anywhere between 1-5 working days. Any delays that may occur in the shipping process are down to Royal Mail’s service, and Paw and Prints cannot be held accountable.
refund policy
As our Pet Portraits are completely hand made to your own photographs we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. The quality of your print completely depends on the quality of the photographs you have provided. To ensure you are satisfied with your end result please follow the image guidelines. If your image doesn’t follow the guidelines, we may have to place your order on hold whilst we ask for updated images, resulting in an additional delay, so please make sure to check them out before ordering!
